The designated Assessor gets a notification if any evidence is uploaded onto a portfolio of any of their learners. This is from our team of 8 assessors.
I would appreciate this function also!
The idea was for the assessor to be notified if any evidence was added to a learners portfolio. This way the uploaded document could be used for an assessment or form part of an assessment, but does not necessarily need to be an actual assessment.

This is a great idea. Onefile should definitely be doing this.
I fully support this idea. Where assessor's have large caseloads it makes it easier for them to monitor work coming in which in turn means they should be able to mark it more quickly and feedback to the learner where necessary or arrange for verification/resulting/certification.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
